Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the item back within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. I cannot accept returns on some of my products due to the nature of their use; this will be specified in the product description. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless an exchange is requested. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note the following exceptions to my return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email craftyseasidesquirrel@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the product, stating the reason for the return, and if you wish to seek a refund or an exchange for another product of the same value. Please return the package to the following address: Seaside Squirrel, 3 Holly Crescent, Holly Park Road, Killinchy, Co. Down, BT23 6SW, Northern Ireland.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
